Business licensing is so expensive and frustratingly complex in California that lots of Pot Growers either can't figure it out or can't afford to. So the geniuses in Sacramento have decided that rather than simplify the process and/or reduce the cost, they will simply spend $100 Million to help CA Pot Growers overcome the burdens that the very same Government heaped on them in the first place. Now I get that Progressive Governments are allergic to de-regulation the way vampires are allergic to garlic, but this is ridiculous.
