On the "only 18th Century weapons count" argument against the 2A
How far back into history do we have to go before a "weapon of war" becomes a weapon that our American Founders could have imagined existing and, therefore, would have been included in their design of the Second Amendment? Can I have a Martini-Henry? Because I would really like a Martini-Henry.
